The Research Library of the St. Augustine Historical Society specializes in local history, Florida colonial history and genealogy. The collection includes maps, photographs, vertical subject files, church records, circuit court cases, city government records, manuscript collections, circuit court records, and biographical files.
Hours: Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Research Library is closed on Thanksgiving Day, and the day after. We also have shortened hours on Christmas Eve, and are closed Christmas Day.

Location: The Research Library is located at 6 Artillery Lane at the corner of Aviles Street and Artillery Lane - one block south of the main downtown plaza. Our reading room is located on the second floor. Patrons unable to climb stairs should call ahead.
